Pizza Hut - Rocky Mount

I ordered the Big Dinner Box, which came with two pizzas and pasta, and everything was absolutely delicious. A few weeks ago, we tried another pizza chain, and there’s no doubt that Pizza Hut surpasses them in terms of price, value, and most importantly, taste.

The food is always great. Would have given 5 stars if the app ever worked without crashing, and you didn't have to call and speak to people at a call center just to order. They sound like foreigners and not always easy to understand which is frustrating. The app and call center sucks.

Receive great service and the ladies there are always so pleasant and make me feel like they appreciate our business. In todays times, that means alot!! Oh, and the food is FANTASTIC!!

The online ordering experience was below expectations. However, the staff was excellent and resolved the problems.

I ordered delivery around 7 PM, and it’s now 9:05 with no delivery in sight. When I called the restaurant to inquire about my order, I received nothing but attitude. I highly recommend skipping this place altogether—it’s an absolute joke. Calling them unprofessional is an understatement.
