Zanata - Rockwall

This spot is one of our favorite places in Rockwall! It tends to get quite busy each night, but they manage to seat you quickly. Parking in the square can be a bit challenging...

The ambiance and service are fantastic! However, it would be great if the restaurant could expand to accommodate more customers. Please consider coming to Waco; we don’t have any wood-fired pizza places here, and I’m sure you would do very well!

Zanata's offers an unforgettable experience! This restaurant is full of charm, featuring original brick walls and wood-fired pizza ovens. The atmosphere is vibrant, filled with lively conversations and laughter, yet it still retains a romantic ambiance. The food deserves a full five stars! It’s often bustling with guests, but the wait is definitely worthwhile.

This restaurant is absolutely stunning, with a fantastic atmosphere! The food is exquisite! My husband opted for the ribeye steak topped with mushrooms, while I chose the glazed salmon served with greens and new potatoes. Both dishes were incredibly tasty! For dessert, we indulged in the tiramisu, which was delightful! Unfortunately, we were so eager to enjoy it that we forgot to snap any photos. Our server, Gretchen, was wonderful—she was friendly, attentive, and quick. We asked for her recommendations, and we followed her suggestions completely. This place has certainly become one of our favorite restaurants in Rockwall!

The pizza was excellent, and we also ordered an appetizer of crab stuffed avocado. I’m not a big fan of avocados, but I tried them for my wife. To my surprise, they were delicious and much better than I expected.
