Teamania - Rockville

This bakery was amazing. The duck in the poke bowl was amazing. Me my girlfriend chose a variety of desserts and are so good.

The food is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant, with very friendly staff. It's a wonderful place for studying or catching up with friends. However, I have to deduct one star because the tea is surprisingly bitter. It requires sweetening to become drinkable. Aside from that, it's a great cafe. I'm also reducing another star because their Wi-Fi disconnects you after an hour and a half.

The atmosphere and food are fantastic! I tried the pork belly poke bowl and absolutely loved it—everything was fresh and expertly prepared. The music was great as well, making it an ideal place to study for several hours.

There are several things to like about Teamania. I love the vibe, the variety of pastries and to be honest, the way they everything is set up is neat. You pick up a tray and a personal pair tongs. You go through the glass displays and pick the pastry you want. Everything is we’ll labeled and priced. If you plan to dine in, they have a microwave available to warm up your stuff. While it was temporarily confusing to find (at least for me), where you put the trash and finished trays is so discretely place that aesthetically everything blends smoothly, which I like a lot. There is a display of more pastries near the register; You have to order and wait for things like pork buns and poke bowls.My 4 stars come from the food.Nothing was amazing, it was either ok or not good. The items that were ok include the tuna and cheese dog sandwiches/bun and Vietnamese coffee (I requested it to be less sweet). However the duck bun didn’t taste good and there was way too much of the sauce. Also the mocha coffee was standard, nothing bad, but not really tasty.

You have to try their steam bun with ROASTED DUCK, it's probably the best roasted duck you can get around the DMV! But have the coleslaw ON THE SIDE, it doesn't go very well with the duck!! Pastries are pretty good too, cheese tart is awesome. Milk tea is meh.
