Pho Hoa Binh - Rockville

This place around was pretty good. They keep it very clean, which makes the experience very beautiful. Her food presentation is also good. The food itself holds you when you have a desire for something specific. I believed Banh Xeo for a while, and that's the only place I can find, that's it!

*Review of pho only* standard order. Food came fast and hot. Breadh was nice, but didn't have too much depth. The ratio of noodle to protein was perfect The accents were basil leaves, mung bean sprouts, jalapeno slices and two lime wedges (largely estimated). Bowls kept heat well, so my food was warm throughout the meal. I missed Zilantro in my bowl, but so they serve it. Would come back, but that doesn't hit the favorite list for me.

Absolutely fantastic! Authentic, delicious and a wonderful experience. I enjoy exploring different dishes on the menu so that I will have the owner choose a dish for me. The exploration and integration of another culture begins with great food. I would recommend this restaurant as a beautiful starting point to learn more about Vietnam, its culture and wonderful people. Relax and enjoy!

Had grilled pork with rice, summer rolls, shrimps vermicelli noodles and Vietnamese coffee. The staff was kind to bring a small plastic bowl to offer my dog water in the outdoor area. Come back.

I love this place so much! I’ve been going here for 8 years and I absolutely love their pho. The service is always fast and high quality. The staff is extremely nice and their desserts are to die for (the smoothies and the bean pudding especially).
