Bidrage med feedbackLadies and gentlemen, stay with me. I try to limit my hardest 5 star reviews, because really they should be reserved for the best of the best. If everything was a 5-star, what would be the point of evaluation? It must be extraordinary! For just such a reason, I am rating Ki No Spoon a 5 star. Let me explain: With the help of a friend, my wife and I discovered Ki No this year. Since that time (and after returning from abroad) we have eaten here almost every weekend. We tried all the appetizers, all the rams and all the teas. What they do, they do consistently good! Apps: The Takoyaki (Octopus balls) has been a cornerstone in each of our commands since the first attempt. It's just delish! Even flying to Japan, we found that we enjoyed the Ki No version better! 5 6 balls of the broken octopus are served with Takoyaki sauce and Bonito flakes. Leave your weapons in the car fights have broken down who gets the last to eat. The Calamari is delicate and never stinking or chewing and the shrimp rolls are unique and fresh. We didn't take care of the sausage cup, but maybe. Try them all for yourself you never know what you could enjoy! Entries: Ramen is king, and these guys do it royally. Locals know that in Rockville there are many ramenfuges that are more traditional than others. Ki No has four types: Shoyu, Miso, Volcano and Tan Mien. Shoyus delicate broth is tasty, but my least favorite. Volcano is spicy without overwhelming. My favorite option here is the Tan Tan Tan men. It is spicy, it is ugly, and the chewing noodles and bean sprouts add the correct texture. Sleeps in two slices of braided pork, Nitamago, and some juicy corn and it's a pack! The curries are quite delicious, but can use a little less rice. In my opinion, they don't hold the ramen a candle. Drinks: Ki No has a serving even water through the checkout. Your Mango Sago is SUPER tasty and the perfect compliment to a hot day. It's sweet, but not handsome. All their teas are pretty good and the puddings/jellies seem to be prepared daily by scratches. My wife and I really enjoy their jasmine milk cap (Jasmin tea covered with milk and sea salt). Service: The owner and their staff are simply great. They are good with recommendations for newcomers and are patient if you do not know what to order the chops. They don't float over you, but make sure you enjoyed everything. The owner even offered to add dishes when we proposed them. Last thought: This is not a gourmet restaurant, it is not classic cafe food, and it is not worth absolutely photo. However, there are some of the best tasting options I had in the area. If you've never been by. Good for lunch (you have lunch specialties), date night or whatever. I hope you like it as much as we do!
Ki No Spoon is a friendly casual Taiwanese restaurant in Wintergreen Plaza. You see tons of these types of places in Taiwan and this is actually typical. We really are lucky to have so many Taiwanese restaurants in this area. Compared to the other two Taiwanese restaurants nearby (Jumbo Jumbo and Super Bowl), it concentrates on Japanese foods such as cattle donburi, chicken curry and a variety of ruts. They also have Japanese style deserts such as peeled milk ice cream, mango pancakes and teacakes, as well as bubble tea. What should I eat here? If you are hungry, the rams or rice bowls are quite full, but still leaves room for desert. If you only taste slightly, the fried Chinese bread with condensed milk or the mango pancake is pretty good. When it's hot, the shaved ice tried with maybe a topping you didn't try before. The seats are quite spacious here and you can stay as long as you want.
It's delicious. You should try. The only pig **** I ate was better than this one in New York City (Hide Chan Ramen). The raven is good and has a good size for the price you pay. I gave him 4 stars because the only one participant in the place was to clean the floor when I arrived, and he gave me no napkin. Maybe because he was distracted to deal with cleaning and visiting. He was formed, but visited me well.
Tried the jasmine milk cape and the green tea crepe cake. The drink was pretty darn delicious! Really liked the concept of adding that foamy, salty, milk cape on top of the tea beverage- makes drinking the boring drink more desirable. I will definitely order it again and again especially when I would get tired of ordering the usual bubble teas. The green tea crepe cake was pretty good though doubtfully as good as Lady M. It was a bit expensive at $8.
I was here twice and enjoyed it both times. The staff was friendly and ready with recommendations and the food was good. I have the volcanic rays and it was a good level of sharp. The Ramenreis was also good!
