Golden Chick - Rockport

Order was wrong! Chicken and role was okay, but Fritten tasted like they were old! Too expensive, not getting it right and not being perfect for everything

Service is a little slow but good chicken fried or roasted ? fast (not) food

I love golden chick, best chicken. Went May 8th about an hour before close, the lady at the counter wouldn?t let me eat inside ?because they were fixing to close? she was rude. She locked the door while I was waiting for my food (45 minutes before close). Two of my tenders were golden chick amazing, the other four were cardboard. They were out of gravy. It?s too bad, hopefully they can get the service at this location figured out.

The chicken here is incredibly fresh, crispy, and perfectly baked. The side dishes are excellent as well. The staff is friendly, and the environment is clean. However, I noticed a lot of food in the kitchen at the end of the day that could have been donated to those in need but was instead discarded. It's such a shame to see that kind of waste.

I am a Golden Chick fan and the food was up to my expectations. However, seems a bit odd the restaurant was out of the normal condiments like ketchup and tartar sauce. The employees are friendly and attentive.
