Pizza Hut - Rockmart

I'm currently waiting for my order. I ordered over an hour ago, and I've been waiting for my food for 40 minutes. When I asked the guy in the drive through window how long it would be, he just walked away. This is insane! Never again!

Called for delivery. Spoke with Breanna who was so helpful and patient. I wasn?t sure what to order. She told me about all the specials and gave me the prices which took up a lot of time. She was polite the whole time. She even called her supervisorVendie in and they help me not only find exactly what I wanted but also gave me an amazing price. Great customer service. Wouldhighly recommend.

I don?t really know what?s been going on but this is the second time ive ordered that it?s taken over an hour to be made? on top of the delivery time being 20+ mins( I live about 8 mins from the store)? I don?t think I?ll be ordering from them after this.I?m still waiting on my order now sadly. Hour 20 and counting.

This is one of the best pizza huts i?ve been to. all of the staff were so friendly and they had my order ready in no time!

Normally I would rate this Pizza Hut as average. If you like Pizza Hut pizza you will most likely be satisfied with this location. However, today they dropped the ball and get 1 star. My wife got honey bbq wings that were completely raw. I mean RAW.I may be a little sensitive but raw chicken is a HUGE no no. Actually I would give a negative star if I could because I justspent over 20 minutes on hold to report that the chicken was raw and could cause illness before I gave up. Then my wife triedand got a call center operator that didn 't speak English in a way we could understand and he said I 'm sorry for yourinconvenience. 5 times until we figured out that 's what he was saying. Raw chicken is not an inconvenience. It is a healthhazard. I do not mean undercooked chicken btw. Every boneless wing was completely raw under the breading. And it 's not reallythe hazardous raw chicken that has me upset, it is the fact that we can 't even talk to someone that is currently inside of thebuilding to let them know that they may be doing something dangerous. Anyway.... good luck and make sure you have good healthinsurance before eating here.
