Chef Matin is a genius and definitely a master of his craft! This lemon cake delighted the taste buds, tantalized the senses and was a vision to behold!! NorthStar home baking made me a beautiful cake to surprise my wife with for her birthday. The impressive thing is it is all home made fresh, and the quality of the presentation of the cake was delightful. Will use again, and HIGHLY recommend!

Yesterday was my son's 50th birthday and Chef Mertin's Tiramisu creation was fabulous! Chef Mertin's ability, commitment to great service and attention to detail are amazing. I highly recommend this bakery.
