Kind of upsetting seeing 32 degrees go, they used to have the most amazing brick toast with ice cream and bananas. The owners were fairly nice as well.

Bubble tea has exploded in popularity, but most places don't have good food to go with it.This place is great for some both meals and small bites. They also have a huge menu of different tea flavors they can make you. Just come in with a friend and drop $50 so you can try enough menu items to make a good judgement.Vegetarian options: Vegetable lumpia.

Took my friend here. It is under new ownership and the owners were both working. Very nice people and great service! The boba was so soft and my Pina colada flavored beverage was delicious! Will have to go back!

Clean space, friendly staff, and good music. Wait is a bit long but the boba drinks and halo halo are good and the lechon is delicious. Good spot for getting some work or studying done after or before the gym at Calfit across the street.
