Kfc - Rocklin

Ordered in the drive thru no one was there and was asked to go around the front to wait for the chicken. I parked they brought the food which the strips were cold so I?m guessing the popcorn chicken was hot. Missed to bring utensils, napkins and theranch. Go inside got totally ignored even thought they saw me. Kept talking to each other and I said excuse me. Nothing so Iraised my voice and said it again. This is not my first experience here that?s been bad but it will be my last. If I acted likethat at my job I?d have no job. Follow the and acting like you care is important.

Surprised to see a business still closed for lobby hours. I pull a trailer with my SUV, and can't do drive thru's. So, another restaurant for your business nextdoor.

There is a reason for 2 stars!!! They don?t ever have anything. I?m done. Every time I come they have nothing and have to take 20 minutes to make it?! I?m good. And rude and so dirty. Where is the state dept for this one?

Worst fast food in all of placer county! Customer service is below par and the accuracy of orders is very disappointing..

Havnt been here in forever, sounded good so we grabbed it? DISGUSTING! The chicken was burned the fries were burned.. The coleslaw and masked potatoes were the only thing edible. We ended up throwing pretty much all the food away. What a Dirty oldstore. I?ll never go back here.
