Arby's - Rocklin

Nice surprise. They had briskit sandwich. It was quite cook. I enjoyed it..

Long story short some employee hopped on the intercom when there was some confusion about what their menu board said and she maid some very rude comments to me for NO REASON. I canceled my order immediately and pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a manager to which i was told there wasnt a manager on duty. The girl at the window was very polite and apologized for the actions of her coworker, so it wasn't everyone but then i proceeded to call the resturant to ask for a manager and that's when it got worse. Not only did nobody answer the first few times but when someone did they were just as rude to me. Said they were the manager but refused to tell me her first name so i had a reference as to who i spoke with and she hung up on me. I called back again a bit later and was hung up on again. End of the day i called corporate and filed a complaint since i could not find an adult in the room to deal with the situation in a professional manner. I've never been treated with such disrespect at a resturant before, especially when i had not said or done anything rude or wrong to deserve it. I will Def not be returning to this location again.

I'm a big fan of Arby's Beef and Cheddar sandwich! They are just nummy, and you can't beat the Special 2 for $7.00!

Wow this is the best fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Not only does arbys at this location have such an incredible menu this location serves QUALITY food. Every time I go here I am so amazed at how good everything tastes and how good of quality the meat and other products are. Everytime I go in I see management very well dressed and very hands on with the day to day operation of this location ensuring really good quality. The customer service is incredible. No one rushing you to order and is truly there to help you understand the menu and have the greatest experience. The inside is extremely clean and is constantly being cleaned as well as the restroom was spotless and smelled incredible. Overall the main reason I keep coming back is the quality of the food ! Wow also today I was helped by a young lady I didn't get her name working the drive thru. She was very friendly and patient and understanding and accommodating this was an incredible experience. Every time I go to this restaurant I always leave feeling great and happy because my food isn't crappy low quality fast food but tastes incredible and is made well. Everything is made with care and attention. Love this place keep it up ! By the way I always get some sort of wagyu beef burger as well as any fun side they are all so good.
