Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant

The food was great but had to wait more than an hour. Their excuse was that take away is prioritised. Extremely rude owner however spoilt the meal, Wont be going there again!

The food was tasty - if not a little overpricedWhen you go into the takeaway section, there is a "smorgasbord" - read bain marie of a number of not very appetising looking dishes that you can fill a takeaway container with for $13 (except for the spring rolls - these are extra - which the lady behind the counter told me very loudly and very pointedly)You can also order from the takeaway menus on the wall - I chose to do thisI ordered the Mongolian Lamb and "special" fried rice and some steamed dim simsAll were tasty, but I found a bone in the dim simsThe lady told me that my order would take 20 minutes - which was more like 40.I paid for my food and when I asked for a receipt was told I could not have one and when I mentioned that I needed one, was yelled at and the lady behind the counter demanded to know if I was "from the government and why did I need a receipt?"I went and came back and whilst waiting observed her yelling and berating the kitchen and restaurant wait staff continually, she was rude to customers and staff alike.Whilst the food was tasty - I would not go back due to the rude behaviour of this person

We were looking for a Chinese restaurant while in town and found this restaurant, the place was grubby and the order not what we ordered, It was corrected. We also found it to be the most expensive Chinese restaurant we have ever been too.

Tough, overpriced and slow, sorry. Wasn't impressed at all, maybe just having a bad night when I visited.

We had Mongolian Lamb, Combination Seafood Sweet & Sour + Special Fried Rice. All delicious not oily. Generous portions. Service was prompt ( not a busy night). Drinks were cold. Host was friendly and waitress helpful. Plenty of street parking. Linen tablecloths were a pleasant surprise.A coffee machine would have been fantastic but they're a rarity in an Asian style restaurant!
