Hungry Jack's - ROCKHAMPTON CITY

I was extremely pleased with my experience at this restaurant. A young girl named Daisy waited on me, and she was very helpful and friendly. She even took the time to ask me how my day was going! I will definitely be returning with my family. The customer service here is top-notch for a fast food establishment. I was very impressed.

It was early, but the young lady who served us was very attentive, bright and friendly. The Double Bacon Burger met the place and was very tasty as the Ham cheese and tomato toastia. A visit worth a quick meal.

I enjoy the coffee of Hungry Jack's and the burgers are better, but this place needs serious cleaning. The children's playground is dirty and a general cleaning is required.

Visit beautiful Queensland from Scotland on a road trip from Brisbane to Yeppoon with a very early start. Matching the beautiful villages and towns and just thought for a coffee in Childers so were faded to reach Rockhampton where we saw the signs for...Hungry Jacks for abandoned travelers. Bit grubby outside with throw, but it was cool and the menu looked good (first time in a Hungry Jacks). All right for 3 people. That's when the 'Fun' started! 1. Tea was not ordered, so had to return for tea. 2. Ordnete frozen mango, but frozen coke was intended, so had to go back to exchange it. 3. Pays for a whopper with cheese and bacon and pays for it. Burger came MINUS the bacon! When I discovered that the bacon was missing, a large family had begun to place their order and with only one person serving on the counter, I had to wait until they had finished their order. At that time my burger was cold and the rest of my family had finished their meal! You don't know if this time I was in the best mood that my chic hat was half melted and my fries were chilled. For a franchise as big as Hungry Jacks the service and the attitude was quite poor and very much doubt during our 6 weeks trip we will visit another who is a shame as it is the kind of food I like. Had given 1*, but the rest of the family enjoyed their meal when they finally got their right order, making it 2*.

Hungry Jacks is a guilty pleasure of mine that is actually quite wholesome in many ways,,,,If you are looking for fresh fast food Hungry Jacks has it all
