Cranston’s Pies - ROCKHAMPTON CITY

I grew up with these pies and had to stop by on my way. They are still the best pies in Australia!

Worst pie I’ve ever encountered. Completely inedible, all of them. Yuk.

Has always been my favourite pies anywhere, untill they recently changed the way they make there pies, i only eat pies every now and then, been enjoying their pies for 7 years tho, the last couple weeks I've been craving a cranny pie but instead been getting half air pies with a weird pastry and mince that I can litteraly see the litte cubes of fat, (I know mince has fat but it's a bit different when you bite in to a pretty rank cube of fat) I don't know if it's cost saving or baker change but it's pretty bad and I'm not comming anymore. Sorry to see another business go down the toilet

The woman at the counter was quite unwelcoming, and when I ordered an extra-large caster, it turned out to be smaller than the standard ones from Frau Mac, which she sourced from the nearby service station. I won't even get into the taste.

The service was prompt, but they need to double-check their orders. My order was missing a cake.
