Bidrage med feedbackMango margarita was bland at best. Tortilla Soup was tomato soup, some sort of shredded meat and some tortilla strips. That's not Tortilla Soup. That was tomato soup, shredded meat and tortilla strips. I had their red snapper. Completely over cooked, it was a rubbery piece of fish. Even the rice that accompanied this dish was dry. My friend had a burrito. We both agreed that we've had a better frozen burrito from Casey's. Awful!!!! Being from Texas I was already skeptical about Mex food north of the Red River but this place (again) proved my point. Not talking about eating at this restaurant before they closed, they'd only been open for an hour and half. Fire everyone in your kitchen and start over or beg Robert Irvine from Restaurant Impossible to intervene. I thought WI, PA, OH were bad but you folks beat them all out. Horrible.
Oh my god this place is just amazing the food is so good and they give you so much of it. The chips and salsa are absolutely phenomenal as well. Also don't even get started on how good the guacamole is
Authentic Mexican food. Excellent! Try their Mole enchiladas, to die for. Full bar. Needs to work on improving chips.
Big 100% agave house margaritas got us started. Delicious! Vegetarian enchiladas were packed with wonderful roasted mushrooms and an assortment of vegetables. The chile rellenos were huge, perfectly fried, and full of queso. Both entrees came with tasty refried beans and two kind of rice. The house cabernet was a generous pour at a modest price. Sandy, our waitress, recommended a seafood stuffed Chile relleno for next time which sounded delicious. It has shrimp, mahi mahi, and an aioli drizzle. It will be the next thing that we try at this well run Mexican establishment. The owner Jose is a great restaurateur. We will be back.
Yummy (huge) margaritas, the food is phenomenal AND I absolutely love the workers. They remember us by name our orders.
