Dunkin' - Rockford

The restaurant is clean and conveniently located off westbound Hwy 20. However, the Chai Latte I ordered was not hot enough and was overly sweet.

Food is good, the girls always seem to have an attitude , especially towards GrubHub drivers. Atmosphere sucks cause it's a TINY location

The attitudes in the morning are really disappointing. It’s frustrating when my order is messed up, and then I'm not even given my change after parking. On top of that, it seemed like there was a fuss about bringing my change out to me. Some additional training in customer service and communication would definitely help improve the experience.

The manager and staff at this location are fantastic. We had a mishap with an order at another store that is currently undergoing management changes. There were a few confused kids running around the kitchen, and the drinks we received didn’t taste anything like what we had ordered. Rather than going back to that location, I decided to call the Dunkin' Donuts on 11th Street. They were incredibly friendly and prepared some delicious drinks for us! I don’t often write reviews, but you all truly deserve five stars! Thank you!

Service was fast ... I wasn't even there 3 min ... People were friendly.... And the drink was made perfectly..... What else is there to say.... Cost wasn't any more than McDonald's mise well stop in and get something a little better the same price withbetter service .
