Awesome little place! Met up with an old friend and we had a great time!

We just enjoyed our first meal here. We had Thai iced tea and the crispy tofu to start. My husband got the pork chop kra prow and I got the pad Sew ew. The service was nice and our waitress was able to give us helpful feedback since we were first timers. The food was delicious! I love crispy tofu and theirs was perfect. The sweet Thai chili sauce with peanuts was the perfect dipping sauce. My husband loved the pork chop and the sauce on top. The weather was nice and we got to enjoy the nice outdoor patio area. Vegetarian options: Most of the entree are served with choice of meat, vegetable, or tofu. Wheelchair accessibility: All one floor with no stairs into the front entrance.

We had a great time at Thai Nam Phet. The restaurant has a huge parking space and outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. There is a large vegetarian selection at thi place. The staff is very friendly and the ambience is also great. We do recommend it to someone who wants to try good thai food.

If I wrote this review two days ago, it would be a 5-star review. We've eaten here or had take-out 50+ times over the last 10 years. Until last night, the food quality was excellent. Best Thai food I've had in NJ. I don't know what happened, perhaps they are training a new cook. The Pad Thai and Poor Man noodles were both bland. The pineapple fried rice was also a bit off and not as tasty as usual. Felt under-seasoned or lacking salt. I could not say exactly what was wrong, but it definitely didn't taste like it has in the past.

This place has delicious Thai food. I always try something different when I’m in town. Tonight I got drunken noodles with shrimp and chicken satay. The shrimp were cooked perfect and they brought me my own spice tray to add the heat. The Thai chiles in rice vinegar and the dried chiles added the perfect amount of heat for me. ?
