Subway - Rock Springs

2/12/2024DISAPPOINTING ?. There was no one eating in the lobby, there were two couples in line waiting to order, and one staff member who was making a sub for I don't know who, but was in no hurry. We could see it was going to be an unacceptably long wait. We left for the Arby's across the parking lot.One star ?.

I was impressed by the quick and friendly service at this restaurant. The soup and sandwich I ordered were well-made and delicious. The atmosphere was clean and inviting.

The staff at this restaurant were warm and welcoming, and the establishment was exceptionally clean. I was impressed by the fact that the staff diligently washed their hands before serving, right in front of the customers. It's a small gesture, but it made a big impression on me.

I visited this restaurant around 4pm and observed some concerning practices. The sandwich artist was using the same gloves to handle cash and make sandwiches, without changing them in between. When I placed my order for a 6-inch and 12-inch sub on white bread, she continued to handle the bread with the same dirty gloves. I expressed my concerns to the employee, but she did not address the issue and cross-contaminated the bread by putting it back with the others. This experience highlighted a clear training issue and a lack of emphasis on food safety. In any food establishment, ensuring food safety should always be the top priority.
