I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and was craving a baked potato with cheese that I could mash up. I placed my order with what seemed like the manager. When she asked if I wanted anything else, I explained that I just had my wisdom teeth taken out. She went out of her way to ensure they mashed my potato extra well, so I wouldn’t have to do it myself. As I was leaving, she even wished me a speedy recovery. It's these thoughtful gestures that I consider to be excellent customer service!

Not much to say. Best local sub sandwich shop in the QC.
