Bidrage med feedbackI used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the atmosphere, but it’s Dunkin’. The service was slow at the window around 3:00 PM. The person in front of us only ordered coffee, and it took over 5 minutes for them to receive their order. We had a small order, and we experienced the same delay.
The manager was rude and unprofessional, and I didn't receive a receipt. There was no attempt to take my name and number to send me the receipt later, nor were there any apologies for the issue or the inconvenience. As a result, I will no longer be a customer of this establishment.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a donut, but I received the wrong donut. When I went back inside to request the correct one, the staff just gave me an annoyed look without offering an apology and handed me the right donut in silence. After I left and unwrapped my breakfast sandwich, I was disappointed to find that it was burnt. Highly unsatisfactory experience.
Zero if I could.No acknowledgment of me trying to order for quite a while. Not even a hello.I guess that’s the new normal given the self order screens.I needed help finding the selection I was looking for.This will be my last time here. Oh, and they gave me the wrong sandwich.They simply don’t care.
Grungey interior, concerned about worker hygiene, but helpful service. And good drinks!
