Bennigan's Rock Island

Had a wonderful dinner with my wife and two friends from us. Staff, food and atmosphere is always amazing. The only problem I had with them is the late order. Otherwise a great restaurant

This place nearly always has great food. Portion sizes are nice as well. Service was unusually poor. Forgotten drinks, non existant refills, waitresses carrying on about losing peoples tickets. This was an afternoon, and not busy. Maybe 3 other guests there. 4 wait staff, some just talking to the guests at the bar. Based on the food alone, I would give this place another try. However we may not dine on anymore. I can easily refill my own drinks faster and more often and not have to pay that 20% tip.

First time here. Came with my fiance and friend. Had to wait about 15 for the waitress, she was nice tho. We ordered 3 draft beers that were flat. No biggie, it happens. The manager gave us 3 bottles at draft price to fix it. We ordered our meals and all three were wrong. The waitress tried to fix it but it took forever to do so. I ordered cheese fries and didn't get them until after I ate my regular fries and meal. The manager gave us a 30% discount and bought our first round for us so he did try to fix it. He said the waitress was having a bad night. The family next to us said their food was wrong or poor quality and said they have been there before so it doesn't really happen that often. Nice clean place, maybe just a bad night.

Have you ever wanted mediocre, unoriginal cuisine covered in grease??? Then look no further. You found it! Simply generic “all American” food with nothing to offer but slight disappointment when when it sits in front of you. Your hunger will tell you it’s good enough, but deep down, you know it’s not. If the typical Ben E. Keith food is what you are used to, then you should be just fine. However, if you prefer quality meals that are prepared by competent and caring chefs...look elsewhere. Edit: staff has generally been nice and professional. Just wanted to give the employees a little bit of praise. It’s not their fault the food is underwhelming.

Horrible experience had to beg for drink refills food was cold.. had ask for our checks over and over. The 1st waitress was rude the second one tried but seemed confused on what was going on and like she had no clue. I would not recommend especially if you have a large group,because night before we were there with a large group and they forgot several people meals and meat up others.
