Bayside Bistro - Rock Island

This was my second time to Bayside RI and it was again Fabulous. The fried shrimp and oyster po boy is a excellent choice. Everything is homemade even the breading on shrimp and oysters. I had the roasted sweet potatoes as my side and they are to die for. Wonderful sauces on all the dishes.Fresh squeezed lemonade is so refreshing.Will go back soon.Glad to see a new restaurant in Rock Island.

We had the jerk chicken with rice; I tell you what, best I’ve had. Authentic full flavors! Staff and owner incredible and genuine. There is a passion for both their clientele and their food. You will not be disappointed give ‘em a try!

My partner and I were here for dinner on a Saturday evening. Our server happened to be the owner, and she made us feel at home immediately. The sandwiches are huge, delicious and worth every penny they skimp on nothing. The fresh smoothies are also phenomenal. I'd give a sixth star if I could!

I had the pleasure of enjoying their Sunday brunch, and while I may not have the expertise to describe the cuisine in detail, every dish was outstanding! The wonderful aromas wafting from the kitchen each night, as I drive home, clearly indicate that this level of quality is the standard, not just a special treat. Treat yourself and experience it for yourself!

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I had a great experience. Our waiter, Trish, was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the menu, which really helped us make excellent choices. The homemade lemonade was delicious, and I absolutely loved the sweet potato side dish. I will definitely be returning soon!
