Time Out - Rock Hill

This restaurant needs to work on their customer service. My wife, who was working as a delivery driver, was waiting for her order. When it was ready, she tried to get the bartender's attention, but he was preoccupied with talking and taking shots that were bought for him. She was unable to get his attention, so a female employee nearby got up, visibly upset, took the order, and started angrily throwing ketchup packets around. It is unacceptable for employees to act in such a manner. This behavior reflects poorly on the establishment. Shame on you!

This review is more geared towards those who may not be from the area. It is a very popular bar and pub among the locals. Once a server is able to break away from the crowded bar area, the food is actually quite good. The noise level can be a bit loud at times. Overall, it's a great small business worth supporting.

The woman working behind the bar wearing a Wu-Tang shirt was unfriendly to DoorDash delivery drivers. She was busy chatting with another customer while I was waiting for her to acknowledge me. When she finally attended to me, she said my order would take a few minutes. However, only a few seconds later, another staff member asked me who I was there for, and when I showed him my order, he quickly located it just a foot away from where she was. Time is valuable, so please don't treat us disrespectfully like that.

Yesterday 9/1/22 was my first time here, The 2 bartenders( one was pregnant) were very pleasant and respectful, good energy and great customer service. After work today 9/2/22 I went over while waiting to have my pedicure done next at the new nail salon.WELL. I walked in, I said hello and placed my order. The bartender loudly said? Can I see your ID. I returned to my car to getmy license. I go back show her my license and ordered the same drink as yesterday. Tequila sunrise. She asked if I wanted tostart a tab, I said no thank you. She then gives me a ticket that read $12 which was $2 dollars more than last night. I askedwhy? She rudely responded ?I don?t know what they charged you last night, but that?s the price. At this point I had, had it withher nasty attitude so I left the drink on the bar UNTOUCHED and she yelled out. ? I?ll pay for your $12 drink. I will nevervisit this place again if she?s there. I hope she?s not the owner because she has no respect for African American customers!!!!

Burgers were outstanding and the wings were cooked perfectly. Not like you order from a pizza place and the wings are limp and drenched in sauce. Hands down the best of both I?ve had in a long time
