From placing my order to picking up my food, the entire experience was smooth, friendly, and absolutely delicious! The aroma wafting from the food truck immediately signals that the meal will be fantastic, and the taste confirms it. Wow! The pulled pork, baked beans, and coleslaw were incredible—especially for a Tuesday. The only downside (which is entirely my fault) was having to return to work after enjoying such a feast. I highly recommend this place!

I've tried a lot of BBQ throughout the years, and I can honestly say I've never found anything better anywhere.

They took care of everything—food, drinks, utensils, plates, napkins—and even set up a charming table with decor for the sauces. Mike was my main point of contact, and he was fantastic; his wife was just as wonderful, bringing treats for our pets who could smell the mouthwatering barbecue. I mean it when I say everyone was thrilled with the food! The catering truck was also quite impressive, and our guests had nothing but praises for the entire experience. Mike and his team even helped us rearrange the tables and chairs to create a layout that worked better for accommodating the truck. They're true team players, willing to do whatever it takes to ensure your event is a success! The only thing Mike doesn't provide is dessert, but he has a great contact for that, so no worries there! It's essential for vendors, especially those working weddings, to be highly responsive, and Mike excelled in this regard. He reached out the week of the event before I even had a chance to follow up, which helped ease my mind. Honestly, my only regret is not discovering Priority 1 sooner—I would have loved to have them at my own wedding! I will definitely be inviting them again for future events!
