El Tapatio - Rock Hill

I requested a modification for one of my items, but I didn't receive chips with my dip. Even though I ordered multiple items, they applied the modification to all of them instead of just the one I specified. It was quite inconvenient to be told to pick up my order in person when I had placed it through Uber Eats. I'm not sure what the issue is with their online order system or tickets.

Vegetarian options are abundant, with plenty of meatless choices available. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, and there is some wheelchair accessibility, though there is a slight step at the front door.

This will be our last visit to this restaurant. While we were trying to enjoy our queso and salsa, two baby spiders began crawling across the table. We immediately got up and left after notifying the staff, and we managed to kill one spider, but we couldn't find the other one. We have given this place multiple chances despite having our orders messed up a few times, but this was the last straw. It's simply unacceptable.

We have been here a few times and today 6/21/2024 had to be the worst experience ever. The torta there was just chunks of cheese half the sandwich didn’t even have meat on it just lettuce. And then the chili relleno well that was a joke! You pay all this money and get mediocre food. Not sure what happened between today and a week ago but it’s obvious something has changed. And the older guy super nice and friendly. The younger guy with facial hair well he has the attitude of a skunk. Not friendly not nice. Changes should happen. I will buy husbands food there but I’m going back to the taco trucks!!

Our favorite Mexican place in the area, green sauce is legit. Great value for the money!
