Baskin-robbins - Rock Hill

I was in baskin robbins, jumpsteen rd, yesterday evening at 2015 clock. there was a big family in front of us that took a few minutes to get their order. when my aunt, sister and I ordered, and I paid it was 828pm. the cash register asked us to go because they had to clean the lobby. That was 828! She told me when she gave me my change! I asked when the closing time was and she said 9 o'clock. the big family was still where they were eating and they had several children, so I knew we were done when they were done. so we went ahead and sat down. I was shocked that I just spent over $15 and was asked to go. the cashier never said there were tables or somewhere to sit outside. I asked to speak to a manager, and the cashier said it wasn't one in the service. we're finished at 2045. the sign on the door said they close at 9 o'clock. I worked almost food. that means in the rule that they continue to operate humans up to 9 o'clock. then they lock the doors to clean up. a few other people came behind us in a few minutes and they refused to even take their order. I am not out rock hill and was just in town for my cousins funeral. my aunt was horrified that we were treated like that in her city! oh. and they were made of hot fudge sauce, caramel and oreo-cookie ice cream!

Went to get a Snickers Sunday 3 days in a row bit they were closed early went again today just to get told they don't do layered Sundays no more even though they are on the menu. Then tried to order 3 different items and was told oh we are out or oh we don't have them. They need to update their menu

This has to be the slowest place in the world. 3 people in front of me and took more than 30 mins to get ice cream. 4 people came in behind me and all left.

If I could have given it 0 stars, I would have. I start in drive-through, where I ask what flavors they have. Her answer was 50. After a pause, she says you can come in and look if you like. I go in and wait for someone to help me. Two girls walk back and forth in front of me, and neither one acts as if they even see me. A lady comes up a couple of mins after me, and they take her order. They then give her the order and walk off. I say excuse me. Both co tinie to act like they do not see me or hear me. Finally, I just walked off and left. This has got to be the worst establishment I have come across here. You guys can do better. Oh, and mind you, there was only one other customer and I. It was literally deserted.

Very friendly staff always in the drive thru.Unfortunately milkshakes are very watery (milk) ~ not thick at all anymore. I wonder if only one scoop of ice cream is used in a large shake?? I'd happily pay extra to get more ice cream. I could but 2 gallons of milk for the price of a large milkshake.
