This is by far the best Korean restaurant I have tried in Rochester, NY. Every time, I visit my parents, this is on my list of places to eat at while I am home. I have had the privilege to know the Young family for many years. They both are such hard workers and bring authentic food culture of Sourh Korea to America. Their recipes are true to Korean culture. Thank you for all that you do. Good luck to your amazing business.
Lovely owners. Incredibly kind and caring people and it makes a difference for their service and cuisine. Love every bite of the mandu, scallion salad, and kimchi pancake. The vegetable SunDu Chigae and the special shrimp cakes were wonderful. Thank you for delightful dinner
Update, we went back again because it was sooo good. We tried some more dishes- black bean noodle was great and so was the yukgaejang. Their soups are incredibly flavorful. We’ll probably go one more time before we leave Rochester this week. They only take reservations to keep it safe and also manageable. Call in advance. Wow! I didn’t expect to have great Korean food in Rochester. We had kimchi casserole, spicy cod soup, spicy Galbi soup, and Galbi. Totally delicious and the side dishes were tasty too. I would definitely go back the next time I’m in town.
Reservation only! Love this place!! Shout out to the Pork TangsuYuk and Spicy Kalbi Tang.
