Starbucks - Rochester

I placed my order at 10:18 for a 10:30 pickup. After navigating through at least 30 cars in the drive-thru, I parked and waited for a few minutes to give them some time. When I got up to the door, I saw a sign that said, “Our door is broken, sorry for the inconvenience.” I had two choices: forfeit my money and leave or become the 31st car in line. Since I had already ordered, I decided to stay. I finally received my coffee at 11:02. To the senior management at Dieuck's, why not consider opening a second location in this area? There is clearly a high demand, and the constant heavy traffic at this location must be overwhelming for your staff.

The recent renovation is really impressive. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the staff is very friendly!

The staff here is very friendly, especially compared to some other places nearby. I would easily give it 5 stars, but after visiting 3 or 4 times, I've noticed that they tend to take a bit longer to serve drinks. Overall, I would rate the food as 4 out of 5.
