Schallers Ridge Road - Rochester

First, Schaller has the best hot sauce in Rochester. I always thought the Henrietta street was the best of the Schaller's for hot sauce, but Ridge climbed enormously on my last visit. Burger and Fritten, Burger left something to wish, Fritten are the right 3/8 Crinkle Cut (the standard for Fritten). Had a white hot, no rolls over a series of frits, somehow like a half plate. And while everything was good (except as mentioned), the pickles were sublimed... Hot dill disks, so thick and crispy and tasty.........

Rochester's best burger. Consistent for decades, best hot sauce. Killer sweet potatoes fries go big with garbage plates (only on working days), trust me. We met the E Ridge booth late on a Thursday... jackpot.

They work together as a team! It is not fast food because it is cooked before you, but it is because they work as a team! Never seen anything like that! Great job all here! And they have FUN! I couldn't remember the orders they did. Superb!

The best place for garbage, next to Tahous on the main page. Fish fry was HUGE, I couldn't finish it!! The staff was very nice, helpful and fast. My new favorite restaurant!

Growing up my mother would always bring me and my brothers here on weekends, sometimes even weeknights We still come here all the time, and now with her grandkids, they LOVE SCHALLER'S just as much as we do lol This place always feels like home whenever we visit. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The great part about here is that they are always fully staffed and very fast. Thanks for still being around all these years later and remaining the same great people that I remember when I was a kid.
