Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

On August 19, '22: They've returned to decent food and service. My second order of bottomless fries arrived just as we were about to leave! On July 31, '21: Yes, I came back, even though my last visit was disappointing. Keeping that in mind, I must say the food was excellent this time, and the service was outstanding! Clearly, someone has made an effort to improve this restaurant, and it really shows. I'm happy I decided to return.

I used to be there and I didn't come back. Service is slow, food is bad. I had groundless broccoli and when I was gone, they suddenly came and asked if I needed a refill. You should have asked while I eat and not when I'm leaving. Then, when they brought the second portion, the broccoli is not completely boiled as if it rushed. Tastes hard and cooked halfway. Bad service.

The quality was below expectations. The Southern Charm Burger was overly salty and didn't match the description. I also didn't receive many real fries, which was disappointing.

My experience at the restaurant was quite good, and my server was friendly. However, I had to wait a bit for my meal, which was understandable since I arrived late after signing CDs and meeting my fans in the Rochester area. As closing time approached, I needed just a few more minutes to finish my dinner. I noticed one of the staff members looking at me from a distance, and it felt rude, especially considering I had to wait so long for my food and the place wasn’t crowded. It's worth mentioning that a world-famous violinist had just stopped by, which surely could have warranted a bit more patience. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Well everything here was ok and I'll give them 4 stars because regardless of how everything turned out giving them anything less would really be me being mean because they most certainly tried their hardest but. The family to the right of us made the meal very unpleasant and certain in a rush servers were giving us orders we didn't ask for or messing up with our orders altogether but our main server. Young lady with freckles. She did her thang. And she made sure everything was as it needed to be for us and their cod fish needs tons of improving other than that everything else was great.
