Pontillo's Mt.hope Ave - Rochester

Absolutely beautiful first experience. From calling to the last bite. The staff was friendly, welcoming and in good humor. Not to mention the best pizza I had in Rochester. I can't wait to try more.

You stole my money. I ordered online. I have my confirmation and everything. I have an email reception and all this. Then I went there to pick up and they told me they never received my order. I showed them my receipt, order confirmation and bank statement. They said there's nothing they could do and said they'd shut up so I had to go. At the end of the day I gave them about $30 for NOTHING.

If you haven't stopped by Pontillo? Mt. Hope lately? They lack a lot of entertainment and really great pizza. The owner and staff Roberto were a lot of fun and I mentioned that the pizza was amazing! A neighborhood stop safe! Great customer service!

Sometimes you just want to get a short slice! I stopped there today and could get very quickly one that was delicious and a good size. And a friendly worker! What more can you ask in a disc? Love her pizza sauce.

Hi went in during my lunch break to get a slice of pieces. It was getting pretty busy but there was only one person ahead of me, and about 5 people behind me. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and my coworker with me ordered 2 slices of pizza. I sat waiting for my pizza an the person who ordered behind me go her pizza first. Then my coworker got ONE of her slices that she ordered. Then 2 more people who ordered after us got their pizza. So I went up to tell them I was missing a chicken pizza and my coworker was still waiting for her second slice. They looked completely confused and had to put in new pizzas for us. Then my friend got her second slice and I waited for my first slice. TWO other pizza got their buffalo chicken and I still hadn 't gotten mine. I then went up to speak to a manager only to be told they didn 't have any more buffalo chicken pizza. They didn 't apologized at all and only could give me a different kind of pizza. They gave me a cookie that I don 't like as a "apology ' I guess. They need to find a better way to get orders out in the properly.
