Pepper's Landing - Rochester

The food was very good and came out very quickly. Brunswick lobster rolls with fries and coleslaw. The atmosphere/decor is contemporary. Concrete floors and metal chairs that squeak on the floor. A little bit pricey.

The haddock was absolutely excellent, and the scallops were to die for absolutely amazing. It was so cute that the kids chicken fingers came in a boat that the kids could play with and my daughter and mother got to share the twin lobsters and they absolutely loved it. A server was excellent. It was a very pleasant

Good food, fresh ceaser salad, my wife had a lobster roll with mayo crispy iceberg leaf, I had a butter and lobster roll, got a lunch size fried whole belly clam. Alex our server is great. We sat on the patio, our dog Bear was with us and they had cold water in a dog bowl for him. Excellent food and service.

Called and put our name in, when we arrived they insisted we called the wrong location we had to show our phone to the manager that we did in fact call the right number. Now our group of 12 was sat pretty quickly considering they screwed up. However they then gave us a 16 y/o waiter who had no idea what he was doing. I don't blame him, he was young and new and trying his best. It was that he came back to the table and went over how the check were divided 4 times and never got it right. Finally I just paid extra money so I could leave. The truly agitating thing was that it was the end of the night and there 5 other servers just standing around doing nothing, watching our kid struggle and us suffer through situation without anyone offering to help. Horrible service, worst ever would never go back....

We called in advance to see how long the wait would be for 12 people. They told us 35 minutes so we said, can you please put our name on the list we will be there shortly. When we arrived, they had no recollection of anybody calling they were saying that we called the wrong Restaurant and had to show them the phone number that we actually called the right place. Finally got a seat and the server was new, so it’s understandable if the service was a little slow. I had a little patience but he messed up everything never came back to check on us and messed up all the bills we were there for hours and it was just a horrible experience, and the food was not good either lobster rolls hardly had any lobster and there was hair and bone in my sons chicken tenders.
