Papa Gino's - Rochester

I have been coming here since I was a lil girl and it is still my favorite place to eat, the food is great and the workers are hands down the nicest. Good job guys, keep up the good work.

I ordered an xtra large the works with extra sausage. I just got it home and there are hardly any topping on the pizza and very little sausage. Very disappointing. In the past the pizza at this location has been very good. A week later and it is obviousthat management does not care about their store or their customers as they do not take the time to look at or respond toreviews.

Michelle and Jaime are awesome I ordered a pizza today and was supposed to pick it up at two and I thought I selected three so when I realized my mistake at just about 3 o?clock I called to let them know I was coming and when I arrived they had actuallymade me a new pizza which I thought was so kind. Michelle said they couldn?t stand to give me an old pizza : I just thought itwas such an amazing gesture.! They actually ended up giving me both if you can even imagine that in today?s world. Nice peopleand people that care about the respect of their business are few and far between these days. I really appreciate it!

We have loved Papa Gino's for many years! Great service, great food, and easy online ordering. We appreciate the extra mile that the staff takes to make every customer feel welcomed as soon as they enter the store.

The food is great, but like anything and everything else the price has gone up. 1 large Boss pizza and 1 large order of breadsticks and 2 drinks came out to around $40. Food is still great though!
