Pane Vino On The Avenue - Rochester

It was good. I think because I was by myself and not engaging enough with the bartender, just working and eating at the bar, he somewhat forgot about me. I waited a long time for one glass of wine and my bill. There were couples and groups that took priority. Won't go back again.Food: 3/5

I recently had a dinner in one of the party rooms for a family anniversary party. From the coordination with the event planner, the service, and the outstanding food, all of it was wonderful. The server Benjamin was extremely helpful and accomodating. The food was served on time and was delicious. Buffet dinners often suffer in large quantities, but this is not the case at Pane Vino. The food was outstanding.

What a wonderful dining experience from the service to food. Had a large party celebrating a birthday and had reservations in their outdoor seating section. It was a very charming area.Started with calamari, and it was full of flavor. We fought over the last few pieces. The bread came with an assortment of add ons. The focaccia bread was a table favorite from the variety in the basket.I ordered a veal special, and I'm sorry my picture doesn't give justice to how good it really was. The food items arrived hot...a must in my book.....and thr veal melted in your mouth. My leftovers were even better the next day......Highly recommend. Just know it's pricy but for quality ?.

This place how do I describe it. Overly priced for food that literally came out of the freezer and smelled disgusting. The stacked eggplant was disgusting. The middle of it was cold to the point of frozen and I didn't even eat it after one bite. It smelled like it came out of the garbage. So disgusting. I don't know how anyone could serve something like that at a nice restaurant in Pittsford. Never ever again. Also for the frozen delicacy eggplant it took over an hour to get. Waste of time and money. Do not get the stacked eggplant!!!!!!!! or anything else.
