Moe's Southwest Grill - Rochester

Dirty, eating stuff everywhere, and our flesh was lukewarm. I don't think they have enough warmth on the heat.

I used to work at a Moe's. I loved working there and still love the food. This is the worst Moe's I've ever been to. The place is a mess, there are never any prepped fresh ingredients, the veggies are often overcooked and from hours earlier. They get almost every order wrong.

Food was not cooked for how much they charge. Queso sauce was water absolutely horrible ?

They only had wheat tortillas in the middle of the day on a weekend, they had the door open in 30 degree weather, making the whole store cold, and the staff forgot parts of the process of my order. But the food still tasted good.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife ordered online for a 6:08pm pick up. I showed up at 6:25pm and my food wasn 't ready yet. I asked why and I was told we were busy , I looked around and only 3 people were sitting down eating. I asked why it was an issue because I gave an extra 20 minutes to complete the order. The manager came over over told me I don 't know what you don 't understand, we were busy before you got here. Mind you she had her ear pods in and had to hang up her phone call with a friend to come yell at me in front everyone in the restaurant. Another employee was no help to anyone because he was taking a personal phone call on his phone walking around the restaurant. After tonight I don 't Moe s will ever get my business again!
