Michael's Valley Grill - Rochester

We had a free Marriott night, so we chose to go to penfield to use it on a marriott courtyard. with the decision, now we only needed a place to eat. we had a kind of decided on this place earlier, but as the reception person very recommended it that seal the deal. also it was just a few minutes from the hotel. we had a reservation of 6:15, although we probably did not need it. live, but not overcrowded. we sat right in a beautiful section of the dining room. our server explained the menu, brought us our drinks while we order about what. my wife ordered the crispy calamari as an appetizer, and I ordered the thunfischtar. she had a crispy chicken dish and I had the Tuna Special. both meals were good. the atmosphere was beautiful. the service was good. overall our experience was very pleasant. beautiful way to leave covid.

Eat still wonderful but. bar very loud with bartender (which is also one of the owners) scream at the parade with ballcaps on the back; had to ask for a menu / exhaustion; never got salt and pfeffer; waiter not mentioned inhalt by entre and that it was very sharp; waiter was not delivered to me after the escape; barkeeper hasn't like my feedback . . . gee, wishes michael back and i pricilla know they I won't be back.

That was a strange experience. I wanted to love this place so much, because we moved into the opposite close. menu and service are what you would expect from a top steakhouse type restaurant. our waiter was excellent. but after sitting I realized that we were in the corner between a man walk and the kitchen that made for non-stop traffic. but what was strange is that all diners are sitting on this floor, although it is less traffic-oriented and more pleasant sitting areas of the restaurant. if there's one next time, I'll move. next are portions....very oversized, at least for salads. after the pricing of the meal for three including control and tipp, the bill was $300. the entries were $50-60. but salad, coffee, foam water and 1 desert have torn up the ante. only one of us three had an alcoholic drink that was a glass of ordinary chardonnay, if we had all cocktails and wein, the bill would have been much more. After visiting black and blue and grinnel’s, I would put this a step down. the prices were the same

The food was fabulously delicious and the cook had come to tell our table I would have told him personally.

2 visits out of 2 were amazing. Food is above delicious and the staff is so friendly. I've had both the filet and the cowboy steak and both were cooked PERFECT! Great setting! We will be back for a third visit
