They always make my coffee Perfect always polite. All of them are hard workers and work hard to make sure orders are perfect. Very pleasant atmosphere. thank you

This is the absolute worst Duncan in town. They are literally one minute from my house so it would only be the obvious choice when I leave for work in the morning however they are so incompetent I now have to drive across town just to get my order right,I have given them multiple chances but sadly they cannot get it right. You would think my order was complicated butunfortunately it is not, I literally order the same thing every morning, which is ? surprise, doughnuts !! Literally couldn?tget any easier yet they only seem to get it right maybe one day a week if I?m lucky. The dogs I work with every day are morecompetent than these people.

Tried to order several different drinks, but they were out of all of them. So we settled for the Avocado and Roasted Tomato Toast. Which was like synthetic guacamole franken-toast. Even my friend who will eat *anything* wouldn 't eat it.

Only place that will help out the truck driver when the lobby isnt open but the drive thru is. truck fits just enought to order but have to get out and walk up to the drive thru and they still serve us unlike some other establisments.

Terrible service!! Today was the third day I 've gone inside to order in the past two weeks and the second time I 've been left standing there with my hands in the air. The cashier took the mans order in front of me, grab his doughnuts for him, and thenproceeded to disappear. Another customer comes in and now she 's waiting too. We are both standing there for a couple minutes andthen she reappears only to stand at the far corner talking to someone then continues to stand there with her hand on her hip.Finally I ask someone can I place an order? and am told they are working on it hun ..working on what I haven 't ordered!!! Ihad to leave and never again to return!!
