Dunkin' - Rochester

The drive-thru line moves quickly, and orders are almost always accurate, with just the occasional mix-up in requests.

This is by far my favorite Dunkin'. They make great drinks and delicious food. The place is clean, and even though it's often busy, it's definitely worth the wait.

Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a pumpkin spice cold foam brew, and again, I was the only car in line until I reached the window, where there was already another vehicle waiting for their order. After waiting over 5 minutes, the window finally opened, but instead of taking my order, the worker took the other driver's credit card and informed him that his order would be out shortly. At that point, I decided to leave. I've never walked away from a drive-thru after placing an order before, but my patience has truly worn thin, pandemic or not. I just don't understand why ordering coffee at nearly any Dunkin' Donuts involves such a lengthy wait, even when there's no one in front of me or just a couple of cars ahead. I haven’t had this experience at other coffee places like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, or McDonald's. Dunkin', if you want to send me a bill for the $3 coffee I didn't end up paying for, feel free to do so.

This was my first time at this Dunkin location. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my mobile order. I ordered a cold foam pumpkin beverage and an iced coffee with some modifications. Everything was made perfectly. Usually the modifications getmessed up or the cold foam doesn't look right. This was the BEST cold foam I have ever seen or tasted. The iced coffee was madecorrectly and mixed perfectly. Great work. It is refreshing to see people take their job seriously and do their best.

I ordered drive thru and I always order the same drink ALWAYS. Caramel craze latte on ice. Even though it's made sweet and with milk I always add 3 cream, 3 sugar and one scoop of ice. When I got my drink it tasted like water! So I I had to park and goback in and they fixed it no problem the girl was really nice
