Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rochester

This situation is really hit or miss. usually miss. when I try to have it delivered, they do not make sure that the right person will pick it up. it's stolen before he gets that pretty often. in person it's okay, kind of dirty and chaotic, but not the worst I saw. eating is in order (sometimes,) but they tend to heap on rice to avoid the good things. it is not so big of a problem in person, but they have no problem screwing them when it is a delivery. my advice is, just go to moes.

I have placed an order on the Chipotle website and it should be delivered around 19:12 clock. an hour later, when they finally arrived, they had commanded someone else in the bag with my name on it. I have tried every method there is to get help from anyone in this business or business and no one can ever help me. the most offered korp was to put a free burrito on my account, but could not help me get my actual order or repay me.

Very much to do, but their quality was still great. the customer service was as good as usual that the load was a little dirty. food: 4/5

Friendly service and good food. But it took almost forty five minutes to get our food. Drinks fifteen minutes. Seating and getting the check were the fastest thing we got

Great food got to destroy the toilet bowl before class makeing everyone who had to use the restroom at class smell the fury of chipotle good food great people tho
