Chick-fil-a - Rochester

We were there on opening night. Very long lines at the drive thru and inside. This was to be expected for a grand opening. The staff was top notch. The service was great, and fast! The food was what I have come to expect from Chick-Fil-A, regardless of location. Very very good! The chicken sandwiches cannot be beat, anywhere. Chick-Fil-A has their process perfected, and the Chick-Fil-A Ear of Corn executed it wounderfully, when they were as busy as they could possibly be. It will be our pleasure to return to this location for the best chicken anywhere.

I took my daughter there for a late lunch at 3pm; it was packed. The drive thru line was crazy long and the line inside was long as well. I was impressed with how quickly the line (inside) moved. While we were waiting in line a woman working there gave my daughter a cute cow stuffed animal that stated: ‘Eat Mor Chikin’ Chick-fil-A, she loves it. They gave us our drinks right away, took my name and gave us this table marker that also fits sauces. Ten minutes later they brought out food to the table stating my name. The order was right and the food was awesome. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly; we’ll definitely be back.

My parents surprised the family with dinner from the drive thru..they waited an hour in line to get their food but believe me it was worth the wait!! the food was fresh hot and an amazing!!! definitely coming back!!!

Worth the wait in the packed drive thru on their first weekend open in Rochester. Very kind employees despite being incredibly busy. Chicken sandwich was great, fries are amazing. My daughter got a fruit cup in her kids meal which is super fresh and delicious. Also, quite possibly the best ranch dip I’ve had. Super pleased
