Applebee's - Rochester

The order seemed pre-made, boneless wings were cold and mostly uncooked, ribs were room temp, fries tasted old. the food came way to fast to be freshly made

Absolutely terrible, pasta was dry. all server playing with each other and running outside and laughing and giggle them don't care about their tables. If they did, it wouldn't take 45 minutes to bring a leak. absolutely terrible as a pie cannot explain how terrible. I was never so disgusting and dissatisfied. I still write this on someone who brings my togo box, and check it while I want to run it and play my sister, trying to run someone to pay for our food. table behind me wait 30 minutes for drinks and she's standing here. I did it, and I managed to get us on the road, and everything happened!

I had a Queso burger and French fries with an awesome refreshing diet Pepsi everything was great. My best friend and I always enjoy a good place to enjoy tasty food when given the opportunity.

If there were a selection for zero stars, I would have selected it.I took my family to Applebees, Irondeqouit for dinner and while we were waiting to be seated, the hostess called for a party of three and sat them before us. We were only a party of four and one extra person doesn't make a difference in service.After about 10 additional minutes we were seated and the service continued to be terrible. The waiter greeted us and brought us our drinks in a timely manner, but then we sat for 20 minutes without him looking at us again.Our waiter walked past us at least eight times while to took the orders of two tables that were seated after we were. We left the restaurant as he was taking the order of the table right behind us so he would see us leave.It is my hope that someone from Applebees Corporate reads this review as our waiter was a black man and the two tables that he waited on that came in after us were also black people(we are a different race). I hope our waiter wasn't intentionally being racist by not serving us, but I am suspicious in this case.It will be difficult to consider eating at Applebees again.
