I am disappointed by the experience at the bar, as we have not been returned the right amount. The customer service is lacking and we have not received a satisfactory answer to the complaint. This situation has adversely affected our perception of the local.

They don’t let me drink, they say they don’t have water, even if they just took it to the table in front of it, and have only alcohol, but I’m underage. They locked me in, but I'm claustrophobic.

Yesterday I went with my cousin to take something warm, we settled in the room and the waiter arrived after about twenty minutes plentiful (after our stresses beatly ignored) After requesting a menu we are told that it is not available, in my opinion what is inconceivable. Good hot chocolates, same for cookies. We came back this morning to give this bar a second chance and everything turned out worse than yesterday: we asked something miserable like an empty croissant, and after telling us they ended up, they need one at a table next to ours. Cold croissants, discreet cappuccino. Prices available. I don't think I'll be back.

Me and some friends went to the bar to have breakfast to relax, we sat at the table to wait for the ordination. After a quarter of an hour of waiting we went to the counter ordering what we wanted, the miserable lord and lady throw us the croissants in the dishes saying we have to bring the croissants to the table alone, adding: “you have to learn to carry it yourself”. My cream croissants were filled with jam removed with “buttata” cream inside. What about poor service and education.

I walk into the bar to buy cigarettes and candies and coffee. The cashier: unpleasant person, not kind and unconquered. I think he has to change his job. I don't even recommend it for cigarettes. Ps, coffee, forget it.
