Sonic Drive-in - Robinson

The only time I give a not so good review is if the service was not good. Our car hop came out and the order was 20.23 we told her to bring back 76.00 out of 100.00 which is almost a 4.00 tip. Only reason why I left a 4.00 tip was because she was not pleasant to start off with otherwise it would have been more. She was very bland. She came back with our change of only 73.00 which is a 7.00 tip. Didnt notice it was only 73.00 (because it was alot of 1s) until we got back home. I wouldnt have minded the 7.00 tip had she been pleasant or said thank you but she didn't say anything. No have a good day. No Go to hell. Nothing. Just turned around and walked off. Tried to call the store and no answer. Won't stop us from going back because the kids love Sonic. Just disappointed that the service was not good and no one would answer.

It's one of the worst Sonics in America. Save yourself the agony. Don't pull in here.

I accidentally ordered ahead at the wrong location, so I called the sonic in Robinson Texas. Russell reassured me that he would cancel that order so that my credit card wouldn’t get billed he was so friendly and so professional so I felt like it deserved to be rewarded with a great review! Thank you so much Russell.

My parents stopped on the way to visit us, my dad said the hamburgers tasted like rancid grease. He took one bite and spiti it out. MyMom took a few bites of hers and spent the whole Thanksgiving weekend with food poisoning.

This Sonic makes the best drinks. I get one everyday through the app and they're always perfect!
