Snowbird Mountain Lodge - Robbinsville

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were in Chestnut Lodge, which, from what I’ve heard, is the best of the three options available. The lodge was very clean and featured a cozy fireplace, a hot tub, a bath, a shower, and a sauna. The views were stunning, not just from our room but from nearly every spot on the property. There isn't a lot to do besides hiking, so if the weather is expected to be rainy and cold, be sure to bring some activities to keep yourself busy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I would highly recommend Snowbird for a relaxing mountain getaway. We look forward to visiting again!

This is my third visit to SML, and I've noticed a decline in quality since the resort changed ownership. The food isn't as good as it used to be, and while the prices have increased, the quality has diminished. Charging $20 for a cocktail at the bar seems excessive. I would consider returning in hopes that they can improve their offerings.

We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The meals were outstanding. We hiked, canoed, and took time to unwind. We can't wait to come back!

The setting is spectacular, the facilities extensive enough for a destination resort, the food and wine outstanding, the service excellent. Snowbird has recently changed ownership and management, but has not skipped a beat.

I was part of a group of four staying at a nearby cabin rental. We had dinner here on a night they had live music and a BBQ buffet. Some local bluegrass musicians played for a long set after the meal outside on the porch. It was fantastic to listento some great music and look at the absolutely amazing view from this old 1940's lodge. Definitely a unique experience toremember and very romantic... especially for a special occasion. The service was excellent and friendly. We had specialty drinksfrom their bar that were really good! There was trouble making a drink choice...all the drinks sounded delicious. We chose abourbon drink called a Lumberjack. Yummy. As a bonus, they had several electric car chargers for Tesla and others.
