I ordered food, 2 hours later i called and they returned my money without telling me because they couldn't find my address. Horrible service

My family and I order from here like once a week. Today I am Disappointed. I called at 5pm and placed an order for three chicken and broccoli dinners and an order of plain lomain. It’s now 6:45. I was told 55 min. It’s now been an hour and 45 min. I’m starting to feel like they just took my money and forgot out order. I’m pist my kids are hungry.
