Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Roanoke

The smoothies are fantastic and delicious, and the staff is very friendly. However, this particular location has the slowest drive-thru in Roanoke.

This is the worst taco shop I have ever visited. They completely forgot my order, made an island green smoothie without any greens (it was a pale yellow color), and also forgot my side dishes. This happened both when I dined in and went through the drive-thru. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. The location on the east side of town is much better in comparison.

I recently tried the new Mango Monsoon restaurant and I must say it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend giving it a try. Despite a slight delay in service, the staff managed to prepare smoothies at a faster pace than normal. The service was quick and friendly during my visit. While I can't vouch for all their locations, I certainly recommend this one.

Wrong food, I told the girl at the counter, she proceeded to tell me I received what I ordered, employees are rude at the counter.I received a chipotle diarrhea sandwich with pink chicken. I wouldn't go back to this dump if I was dying.

Terrible customer service! I ordered ahead on the app and, at the pickup time, pulled into the drive-thru line, as I’d done other times before. This time, though, I was informed that app orders had to be picked up inside. Fine. I pull in, park, get everyone settled and go in. It was empty inside, but there were five or six employees milling around. No one greeted me or asked to help me. Just a very disappointing experience.
