Bidrage med feedbackThe first time, it was ok, presentation was good, but food was not impressive, not the worst, but certainly not the best. Vegetables in my drunk noodle was hard to cut even with a fork. Peanut sauce for the spring rolls I didn't like at all. The woman said her salad was fine, but then it's very hard to screw a salad again. Not the worst yet, but I don't think we'll be back.
This place is a hidden gem. Their food is amazingly flavorful. They tend to be a bit on the spicy side some times but I love it. We got the drunken noodles with the seafood mix and it had penalty of seafood and also got the red curry with chicken and white rice. We were licking our plates lol. For desert we go the sticky rice with mango it was delicious, although we had better before. Definitely would recommend trying this place. Sorry no food pictures will add next time we order.
The best Thai restaurant I?ve ever been to. One of the worst parts of moving to Dallas was knowing this wouldn?t be a local option for me anymore. Everything I?ve tried on the menu has been fantastic. I have yet to find a comparable Thai place that has drunken noodles with as much punch and flavor as they do. The salad and peanut sauce is such a nice treat prior to your meal. I even asked them about the sauce and was told they make it in house. You can tell this restaurant was made with love and passion and it comes through with the food, decorations, friendly service and more. These waiters work so hard, often covering multiple tables while doing takeout orders when I visit. I hope the owners and employees of this place are doing well because they truly deserve the best, and hope they can expand to other locations (Preferably Dallas? to bless more people with this gem. A must-go spot for any Thai food lover
Really enjoyed dinner here with the family. We had a combination of shrimp fried rice, spring rolls, shrimp dumplings and Penang curry. Service was great and so was most of the food. Didn?t care too much for the shrimp dumplings and I asked for level 4 heat on the curry and it came out completely mild. Definitely added chili but it is always better cooked into it. Overall though was a great experience.
Uber Eats order showed 6:41 pm estimated completion and pick up time. Arrived at 6:35 pm and ended up waiting until 7:05 pm before my order was finally ready. I asked the employee why it took so long and was told they always take about 30 minutes to complete Uber Eats orders. This was not the case on this order. No apologies whatsoever. We ordered two drunken noodles and two pad thais along with one soup. Presentation of each was good as were portion sizes. Flavors, however, were mediocre. The soup was a tad salty and lacked heat. Maybe this was an off night for the kitchen? Either way, this was average at best. With other Thai options nearby (Sea Siam, Simply Thai), Thai Monkey will have to up their game.
