Taco Bell - Roanoke

Breakfast is NOT until 11. Their excuse when they don 't want to serve it until 11 is We ran out of supplies (scripted line) Be prepared, you 'll NEVER get breakfast until 11 at a taco bell in Roanoke. IDK why I even bother with fast food anymore. It 's never good service and never fast...

Have not eaten at this location in months as the dining room is always closed. I do not even attempt to anymore. When I pass by going to another store over the months its still closed every time. Yea I understand staffing issues but other locations manage to have help usually buy not all the time. Taco Bell is NOT food to eaten in a vehicle way too messy. Get new management that can staff it or at attempt to staff it properly or just close it down! No great food anyway just a guilty pleasure once and awhile.

I love taco bell but went to order a taco salad and found out that don't make them anymore..bummed...they were the best

I wasn't ever a huge Taco Bell fan, but the location in Front of Kohl's on 220, the service has just been outta wack lately. Lobby is ALWAYS closed, short staffing isn't exactly their fault, I know that. The drive-thru takes forever, though. The speaker to order hardly works. But the staff is normally super friendly. So there's that.

Ordered 12 burritos/melts and only got 7. Drove back through the drive through to get the food we never received yet was charged for. Gave employee receipt as proof of what we had ordered than a different employee came to window with a horrible attitude and tone. Kept telling us we had only ordered 7 things and asked where we got 12 from. Told her to look at the receipt again because 5 chicken chipotle melts plus 5 cheesy bean and rice burritos plus 2 grilled cheese burritos equals 12. She kept bugging her eyes out than raised her voice saying “she don’t know how to help us because she’s not the one who took our order and that she literally just walked in the doors” calling us baby, than told us that there’s a difference between melts and burritos since we said we had ordered 12 burritos. Basically acted and talked to us like we were dumb. I don’t see why businesses hire people that act like they hate their job and the customers. We eventually got our food after waiting a while but still didn’t get the order right. Doesn’t have a name tag but she’s short, wide, and has gap in front teeth.
