Richee Freeze - Roanoke

Nothing to see from the outside and very basic on the inside, but what a unique food. Where can you get another Boulogna sandwich? Burgers, Hot Dogs and Pommes are great, but you can also get an egg roll that was very delicious. No other Asian food. Just an egg roll. Lol

I've been here since the 1980s when I moved to Roanoke. The food has always been great! You have a huge selection of items on the menu, but I'm always with a cheeseburger or hot dog. They remind me of those we had with my parents' steak shake drive-in in Norton, VA in the 60's and 70's. Delicious!

I have to say that this place never let's me down. It's my go to place for excellent short order foods. The burgers are addictive, the hot dogs are the best around, and the fries are straight-cut and crispy (just the way they oughtta be). I also tried the potato soup which is a delight for those cold winter days. I'm definitely a Richee Freeze customer for life!

There is not enough space to say all of the wonderful things that I want to say about this place. All I can say is come hungry for the classics!!! You will not be disappointed!
