Athens Corner Grill - Roanoke

This is a fantastic place to have a delicious meal. I started with the fried green tomatoes as a starter and then had a chicken souvlaki sandwich with fries. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure my dining experience was enjoyable, especially since I was eating alone. If you're in the Roanoke area, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. The customer service was excellent. The food was fresh, especially enjoyed the tzatziki and pita. The chicken and lemon potatoes were tasty. And the baklava...served warm with whipped cream, it was a decadent dessert that simply melted in your mouth. My husband wanted to lick his plate clean. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, it was obvious that this restaurant is a favorite among locals.

This place is a little jewel. our eating was delicious, and the staff was very pleasant and attentive. customer service super. eating was fresh, loved the tzatziki and pita. chicken and lemon potatoes. can not forget the BAKLAVA...serves warm with whipped cream made a delicious dessert that melts in the mouth. hubby wanted to lick the plate. ? the atmosphere was original, happy, and we could say that the locals of this restaurant often and love the people there. when we live close, we would be back. if we visit this way again, we know where we go to eat and enjoy the company. for the owner and the personal they do what they do here.
